Michiganders who are homebound as per Medicare homebound status and/or if you have a physical disability that prevents you from leaving your home; you can receive services from VPS.
Once our office receive all the required insurance and health information, a friendly scheduler would schedule you to see a doctor within 24 – 48hours.
VPS believes in making sure all medical professionals are working in unison to provide maximum healthcare management. Per request, we’ll send physician’s notes to your PCP or the requesting hospital. Please Note: All patients must sign an Authorization to Release Form.
